Detraumatizing Our Bodies, Minds, and Hearts: A Conversation About Race, Policing, and Mindfulness

  • 28 Apr 2021
  • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
  • Zoom

Registration is closed

Please join NBLSA and the Mindfulness in Law Society as we continue our Anti-Racism Series. Professor Donald Tibbs will be discussing the state-sanctioned killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Daunte Wright; and how to relieve yourself of the trauma that's endured from watching these tragic events occur. Ms. Bella Dilworth will guide us through mindfulness exercises that can assist with our journey to detraumatize our minds, bodies, and hearts.

We look forward to interacting with you during our program.

Please note that this session will be recorded
