Registration

  • Registration for convention was included in competition registration.
  • For all guests attending the 53rd Annual MWBLSA Convention. **Registration closes on Feb. 2nd.**
  • For the Cleveland Marshall Chapter registrants ONLY
  • For attendees of the law student conference. All chapters must send at least one representative to the first plenary session, held Thurs. Feb 4th from 4-5:30PM.
  • Northern Illinois University, College of Law registrants
  • If you are an aspiring law student, please use this registration type. This means you are not currently enrolled in a law school.
  • This is ONLY for members of the MWBLA Regional Board.

The Midwestern Region of the National Black Law Students Association cordially invites you to our 53rd MWBLSA Regional Convention! It will be held from Wednesday, February 3rd through Sunday, February 7th, 2021. This year, we are hosting our annual convention Virtually. The Gala Awards Ceremony will be broadcast live from the city of Detroit, MI! 

Our Regional Convention is comprised of 6 individual conferences. Conference dates are as follows:

CBMMTC & TMMCC (Mock Trial & Moot Court Competition): Feb 3rd-5th

Law Student Conference: Feb 4th (Plenary Session I at 4:00pm)-9th

Career Expo: Feb 5th-6th

Pre-Law Student Conference: Feb 5th-7th

Alumni/Attorney Conference: Feb 5th

Our annual conventions consist of powerful panel discussions, networking opportunities, community service initiatives, receptions, awards gala, and SO much more. Join us as we celebrate 53 years of service and achievements in the Midwestern Black law community!

*NO registrations will be refunded, except in the very rare case of a medical or similar emergency.
