Registration

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • This registration is solely for head count purposes of participants on competition teams.
  • For every 10 members a chapter has register, they will receive one complimentary membership. Each Chapter will be responsible with keeping up who registers from their chapter and emailing the Chair to request the promo code for this registration. The limit a chapter can earn is 2 free registrations.
  • This registration is only for those who booked their hotel room during the early bird time frame.
  • This registration is for currently enrolled law students (who are not competing in the mock trial/moot court competition.)
  • This registration is for a pre-law student that won convention registration at Academic Retreat or another Regional event.
  • This registration is for a pre-law student or a person interested in attending law school in the near future.
  • This registration is for a pre-law student or a person interested in attending law school in the near future and is willing to commit to at least 5 hours of service during convention.
  • This registration is solely for law firms, corporations, and individuals wishing to sponsor a table. Each table will cover entrance, food, alcohol, and entertainment for 8 individuals. The sponsoring law firm or corporation will also receive special recognition at the gala.

The Southwest Region of the National Black Law Students Association cordially invites you to our 4th Annual Regional Convention! This year, we are hosting our annual convention in Dallas, Texas! It will be held from Wednesday, January 15th to Sunday, January 19th 2020 at the Cambria Hotel and UNT Dallas College of Law.

Our annual conventions consist of powerful panel discussions, networking opportunities, community service initiatives, mixers, award gala, and so much more. Join us as we celebrate 52 years of service and achievements in the Black community and 4 years as the Southwest Region!

Our host hotel will be Cambria Dallas. For those of you who register during early bird registration, will be granted a $5 discount on convention registration. Please make your hotel reservation here and forward the confirmation to: southwest@nblsa.org to receive the promo code.
